What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. The booking form on our contact page does not transmit or store anything on this website. When you press the button, it opens your own email app with a message already filled in. If you send that email, we receive what it contains, typically:

• your name and email address;
• the type of room and the equipment you are interested in;
• preferred days and times, and anything you write about your room or your music.

If you email us directly, we receive the contents of that email in the same way.

How we use it

We use the information you send to reply to you, arrange and prepare for a listening appointment, put together recommendations and quotes, and keep a record of our conversations. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only when needed to do what you asked, for example with a delivery company or an installer you have agreed we should coordinate with, or with the provider that hosts our email. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not have user accounts.

To display our typefaces, your browser downloads font files from Google Fonts. As with any web request, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when this happens. Google’s handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.

We keep emails and appointment notes for as long as they are useful for serving you, and as long as needed for our business, tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.
